Book a call

Privacy policy.

What I collect

When you use the contact form or book a call: your name, company, email and whatever you write about your business. When you subscribe to the Journal: your email address and the date you joined. The site itself keeps basic, anonymous visit statistics, and uses Apollo.io to see which companies visit, which may match a visit to publicly available business details. No cookies for advertising.

How I use it

To reply to you, to prepare for a call, and to do the work you've asked for. Contact-form details never go onto a mailing list. Client information stays inside the engagement it was shared for.

The Journal

Subscribing is consent to receive it. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. I can see open and click counts in aggregate; I don't track individuals, and I never share the list with anyone.

Tools I rely on

The site is hosted on Vercel. Email runs on Google Workspace and the Journal is sent through Resend. Calls are booked through Calendly, and company-level visit data goes to Apollo.io. Each of those processes data under its own policy; none of them get anything beyond what the service needs to work.

Where it's stored and for how long

Messages stay in my inbox for as long as we're in contact, then are deleted within twelve months of the last exchange. Subscriber emails stay until you unsubscribe. Servers may be located outside Australia.

Your rights

Ask and I'll tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you're not happy with how I handle it.
